FACE CARE CEREMONY: THE MOROCCAN BEAUTY RITUAL!
It is traditional in Morocco to indulge once a week in a complete facial skincare.
A whole ceremonial that begins with the preparation of a flavored steam bath.
Ritual
Fill a pot, throw in a handful of dried lavender and chamomile, and bring it to a boil. Meanwhile, clean your face with rose water before exfoliating. In order to do this, grind some table chickpeas into powder (choose wheat bran if you have sensitive skin) and mix it with the rose water. Apply your mixture on your face, avoiding the eye area. Let it dry for 5 minutes before making small circular movements with your fingertips. Remove the rest with lukewarm water. Then place your face for 2 to 3 minutes at 20 centimeters above the boiling pot. While the flowers soothe the airways, the steam dilates the pores, making it easier to remove blackheads. Then to soothe the skin, massage your face with argan oil until total penetration. Finally remains the preparation of the mask. For a purifying effect, bet on the ghassoul (green clay), mix it with rose water and let it rest 15 minutes before rinsing with warm water and applying your usual day cream.
